Human Data Showcase
Real-world emotional data → structured signals → safer, more intelligent systems.
Kristina Rivers
Human data isn’t numbers to me, it’s signals of someone trying to find their way through the world. If we can teach AI to recognise those signals with accuracy and compassion, we change what technology feels like in a person’s hardest moments.
Why me, now?
-
✽
I bring structure to complexity.
I turn raw, messy, deeply human data into clear frameworks, instructions and workflows that teams can rely on at scale.
-
✽
I lead with clarity, compassion and high standards.
I know how to guide AI trainers, vendors and cross-functional partners toward consistent, high-quality outcomes while keeping the human experience at the center.
-
✽
I run high-velocity programs without losing nuance.
I thrive in fast, ambiguous environments, moving from “idea” to “execution” quickly while maintaining rigour, detail and ethical integrity.
-
✽
I design evaluations that reveal truth, not noise.
I build experimental loops that surface real human intent and refine model behaviour, not just what is measurable, but what is meaningful.
-
✽
I bridge human behaviour and machine behaviour.
With ML skills, emotional intelligence, and operational discipline, I translate human understanding into systems that learn safely and intelligently.
-
✽
I bring a decade of people leadership, psychology and lived experience.
My background in Educational Psychology and crisis intervention taught me how to lead humans through complexity and this year of personal data work refined how I help systems do the same.
An example of 10 Years of Personal Human Data
I’ve spent a decade capturing, structuring and analysing my own emotional patterns, behaviours and decisions, long before I knew this was “human data.” What began as a way to understand myself became a living dataset that shows how humans change, recover, adapt, and grow. These signals taught me how to read nuance, how to map inner worlds into structured insight, and how to design with compassion for the nonlinear nature of people.
I’ve led teams to success, managed multiple stakeholders, and distilled clarity from ambiguity. Ask my chatbot below if I’d be a fit for this role! Then, let’s get started.
Behaviour vs Intention Mapping
Comparing what I said I’d do with what I actually did, a real-world example of how human intention diverges from human behaviour. Just for fun.
